We are seeking to recruit an Overseas Sales Specialist to support our international business expansion in Central Asia and Latin America. This role focuses on new market development, customer management, regional marketing activities, and close collaboration with internal teams to drive product and brand growth overseas.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to develop new customers in emerging overseas markets, manage and grow existing accounts, and support regional market expansion through sales execution, market research, and product development coordination.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Development & Management
• Develop new customers in untapped markets across Central Asia and Latin America.
• Manage daily customer operations, including order handling and coordination of pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales issues.
• Build and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships.
Market Promotion & Channel Support
• Plan regional marketing and promotion activities for key markets.
• Support and coordinate with local distributors or agents to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Product & Business Development
• Conduct product and pricing research on key competitors in Central Asia and Latin America.
• Work closely with the R&D team to evaluate product concepts, support project initiation, and follow up on product development and market launch.
Market Research & Strategy Support
• Research key regional competitors and market trends.
• Assist in formulating annual sales targets and market support policies for key country distributors.
Requirements
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Russian or Spanish proficiency as a working language.
• Strong interest in overseas markets, customers, and international brand expansion.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
Desirable
• Overseas study experience.
• Internship or work experience in tools-related products or sales roles.
• Strong self-motivation, learning ability, and initiative.
• Good communication and cross-cultural coordination skills.
