Quality Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a Quality Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing product testing, certification, and quality management activities, ensuring that all products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to manage and continuously improve product quality performance by coordinating testing, inspections, and cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, ultimately enhancing overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

Product Quality Management
• Responsible for product testing, certification, and related quality assurance activities.
• Organize and conduct product quality inspections and analysis to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Quality Analysis & Improvement
• Identify quality issues in a timely manner and drive effective corrective actions.
• Continuously optimize the quality management system to improve product quality and consistency.

Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Production, R&D, and other departments to ensure quality issues are properly communicated and resolved.
• Support smooth collaboration across teams to prevent and reduce quality risks.

Requirements

Essential
• Good communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and handle quality-related issues proactively.
• Basic understanding of quality management processes; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support the company’s overall development goals.
