Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and lead shop-floor teams. This role is responsible for ensuring production plans are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule, while continuously improving productivity and product quality.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to manage day-to-day workshop operations, coordinate production teams, and maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment to support the company’s production targets and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

Production Management
• Manage daily workshop production activities and ensure production tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor production processes and continuously improve efficiency and output quality.

Team Coordination & Problem Solving
• Coordinate work among different shifts and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle on-site production issues and respond effectively to unexpected situations.

Safety Management
• Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe production environment and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

Essential
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of production and workshop management; relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
