We are seeking to recruit an International Sales (Foreign Trade) to support the development and expansion of our overseas markets. This role focuses on overseas customer development, trade fair participation, inquiry and order management, and long-term customer relationship building.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to develop and manage overseas markets and customers in line with the company’s annual sales strategy, ensuring effective execution of international trade operations from customer inquiry through order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Main Responsibilities
Overseas Market & Customer Development
• Develop overseas market expansion plans in line with the company’s annual sales strategy and execute them effectively.
• Develop, maintain, and manage overseas customers; continuously explore new market opportunities.
• Deepen cooperation with existing customers and maximize customer value through long-term relationship management.
Trade Fair & Business Support
• Prepare customer information and invitations prior to overseas exhibitions.
• Conduct business negotiations and record customer discussions during exhibitions.
• Follow up and develop potential customers after exhibitions.
• Receive and host overseas customer visits, including business meetings and negotiations.
Inquiry, Order & Sales Management
• Handle customer inquiries, including registration, quotation, follow-up, and conversion into orders.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry, price negotiation, and order confirmation to delivery, in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure orders are executed and delivered according to customer requirements.
After-sales & Communication
• Promote sales progression and handle customer objections professionally.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business English, or related disciplines.
• CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, capable of conducting business communication independently.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an international sales or foreign trade executive.
• Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
• Ability to independently visit overseas customers as required.
Desirable
• Solid product learning ability; able to quickly master product knowledge and propose suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Experience in international market development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to accurately understand customer requirements.
• Strong teamwork spirit, high professional ethics, and strong sense of responsibility and loyalty.
